The Nugget Profiler will soon be released with a new sensor and an automation suspension system.
These innovations enable reliable compensation for weld spot misalignment and workpiece tilt, challenges that have long been barriers to automation.
Developed in collaboration with our partner company, the integration of these two technologies now makes possible what was once considered difficult:
the automation of spot weld non-destructive inspection.
