Pre-purchase review

What is the drive time?

The interchangeable battery will run for 4 hours.

Two sets of batteries are included.

There is a curve in the spot weld, can it be inspected?

Inspection is possible as long as the sensor can contact the spot weld.

We will confirm whether the inspection is possible or not.

Can we rent equipment?

Possible. Please contact our distributor for details.

Are there any OEMs using NP?

Used by OEMs in Japan, China, Thailand, Mexico, etc.

What languages are supported by the equipment?

English, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese are supported.

Can you import/export?

We do not do import/export business, only FOB.

Please contact our distributor for import/export information.

Subject to inspection

Can the equipment inspect coated products?

Can be inspected.

However, reference data for coated products is required.

What materials can the equipment inspect?

Carbon steel sheet and some SUS; more details are available on the download page.

Can the equipment inspect projection welds?

Cannot be inspected.

Only resistance spot welding of carbon steel plate can be inspected.

Follow-through service

Where will repairs and periodic inspections be performed?

Repairs and inspections are performed in Japan.

Are consumable or replacement parts available?

The protective sheet that protects the tip of the sensor is a consumable part.

What about support when equipment malfunctions?

Our distributors have demo equipment.

Please use the demo unit in case of failure.

Does the equipment need to be calibrated?

It is inspected for any deterioration in inspection performance compared to when it was shipped.

We recommend annual inspection. This is not calibration.

Are there any inspection effects due to surface oils?

There is no inspection influence by oil.
