To help our customers use the Nugget Profiler with greater peace of mind and over a longer period of time, we offer an Annual Warranty Package.
The Annual Warranty Package is a support program that includes coverage for repair in the event of failure, as well as periodic inspection and maintenance-related services.
In particular, since repair costs can be high depending on the issue, there are cases where enrolling in the warranty package is more economical than paying for even a single repair.
What is included in the Annual Warranty Package?
The Annual Warranty Package includes the following:
- 1 set of sensor protective sheets
- The next periodic inspection
- Free rental unit during inspection
- Free repair service for failures for one year
Because this is equipment that is used regularly in the field, being prepared for the unexpected helps ensure even greater peace of mind in daily operation.
When can you enroll?
The Annual Warranty Package is available only at the time of periodic inspection.
The validity period is one year.
For that reason, the timing of the periodic inspection is not only an opportunity to check the condition of the equipment, but also an important chance to ensure peace of mind for the following year.
Automatic enrollment at the time of purchase
Please also note that customers are automatically enrolled in the Annual Warranty Package at the time of purchase.
This means you can use the system with confidence during the initial year after installation. To continue using it with the same peace of mind in the following years, we strongly encourage you to enroll again at the time of your periodic inspection.
