Nugget Profiler<\/strong> and Seam Seeker<\/strong>, our magnetic non-destructive weld inspection systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across the manufacturing industry, the need for weld quality assurance, inspection efficiency, and enhanced safety is increasing every year.

    • Conducting periodic follow-up after installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proposing integration with robots and automated lines (facility tours available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83d\udccc Important: About Import\/Export Operations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Please note that NKE does not directly handle import\/export logistics, customs procedures, or transportation arrangements<\/strong>.
      For overseas transactions, export\/import procedures and logistics arrangements must be handled by the distributor or the end user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Companies with experience in international business or trade operations will find collaboration especially smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      (NKE will provide product specifications, required documents, and technical support.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      At our joint automation lab in Komaki, Aichi, you can observe a fully automated demonstration of a robot-integrated Nugget Profiler<\/strong>.
      You will be able to see actual inspection cycle times, position-tolerance capability, operational stability, and other practical implementation details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
